I don't think OP said that this was the most important issue to fix.
OP means that fixing that bug will probably take a blind monkey only about 5 minutes and predicts that Anet has not even spent those 5 minutes on fixing it.

I think OP is right and the bug isn't fixed yet...

They should seriously work on the big issues but also should start working on some of the 'not so hard to fix' issues or enhancements. You know, tweak drop tables, adjust the non-existent anti-farming code so it is less obvious that it still exists, add a new weapon drop here and there, allow old-school drops to happen again but with lottery winning odds, etc.

To this day I do not understand why Anet doesn't tweak drop tables (or at all!) just to keep things fresh.

BZZZT. Only Protector and Cartographers showing are Legendary Guardian or Legendary Grandmaster Cartographer. They don't extend the time.

They could change into a system that check how many times the 'elite' areas in each campaign are beaten (killed the last boss[es]).

It could count 1 point fo each time all of them are beaten (Tombs, Urgoz or Deep, Mallyx and Duncan) and after 60 times, favor is activated for 60 minutes.
Once favor is actived, every separate time a mission is finished or a title is maxed it adds 1 minute to the max.
That should do.

You can only see the titles which have been gotten in the regional districts you are in. Given the names in the picture I'm guessing you were in European districts - people who have gained titles in American D's don't have their announcement shown in European D's, same with Korean, International, etc.

So people still maxed titles, they were just in another regional district.

Example if I'm not clear enough:

Your friend is about to gain a title, but he started from a European district. You're in TOA American. You won't see it from your district, but if you go to TOA European one you willl. =]

Sorry didn't actually check when the weekend was, didn't realize it actually been 6 months. Mostly I brought this up kinda to show how little things do get fixed, and how amazed i would be if it was fixed. Sorta like how the end game area for tyria was not "Unlock" when the update went live. I guess it hurt the craftmenship when little things likes this remains unfixed. Other bugs i have found funny include
When birthday cupcakes started droping after a skill update.
When inner fire didn't work until recently for destoyers.
The 3 updates it took to fix guildhall ferrying

The scrolls solve the entrance to UW and FoW problem without the world having favor. The only thing that will really be affected is the ability to get bonuses at the Rez Shrines since those are dependent on the favor of the gods.

Ya Anet was playing fair for once and gave us back the 30k of favor they owed us when we reached max favor a while ago and glitched the system.

This new favor will run ou soon as well. Just like we lost 10k in a week or so.

Obviously they couldn't be bothered fixing the double announcement bug of "world has ran out of favor" so they just covered it up with this, so nobody can notice ...

What a bunch of cheaters, giving us 30k more favor just so they don't get embarrassed about not fixing the display. Guess this buys them another 6 months to brainstorm on the problem.
